Interiors · Materials · Finish Coordination

Inside and outside. Same team.

The reason kitchens and baths always cost more than expected is that they get designed twice — once by the architect, once by whoever picks the finishes. ADU PALS does both in-house so the plans and the finishes agree from day one.

FAQ

Common questions

01 Do you do interior design without architecture?

Yes — but we usually work best when both are in scope. Standalone interior projects: kitchen remodels, bath remodels, whole-home refresh, cabinetry-only.

02 How much does interior design coordination cost?

For interior scope inside a larger architectural project: typically included at 8–12% of construction. Standalone interior work: $5,000–$25,000 depending on rooms and scope.

03 Do you source and purchase materials?

We specify and coordinate. Purchasing typically flows through the construction contract (if we're building) or your GC. On design-only engagements, we can procure for a small management fee.

04 Can I bring my own designer?

Absolutely. We coordinate with outside interior designers regularly. It works — we just build in coordination overhead for a smoother handoff.
